How to redeem a code using the Babylonstoren app

Upon entry to Babylonstoren, if you signed up for a membership, you will have either received an email to activate your 12-month membership, or you will have been given an 8-letter code by one of our colleagues at the Farm. You can enter this code on the app to claim your membership.

Step 1

Download the Babylonstoren app from your app store and open the app.

Step 2

Click on 'Become a Member' located on the Membership card on the home page.

Step 3

Scroll down to the section 'Redeem a code'. Enter the code you have been given and click 'Redeem'.

Step 4

Enter your details and create a password. Click on the slider if you would like to receive updates from Babylonstoren. Once you are ready, click 'Create an account'. 

Please note: If you already have an account with the Babylonstoren online shop, please click 'Log in' and enter your details. 

If you have forgotten your password, please click 'forgot password? Reset password' and follow the instructions on the email to reset your password before trying to log in again

Step 5

You have redeemed your Babylonstoren Membership! Click 'Done' and this will take you back to the homepage and your Babylonstoren Membership card. This will show the expiry date of your Babylonstoren Membership and if you click on the card, your unique QR will be displayed with your details. Please show this QR code upon your arrival at Babylonstoren.
